How do I order a special event or wedding cake?

Please, fill out an inquiry form and we will be more than happy to discuss your custom cake ideas with you and go from there.

How much will my cake cost?

The price for a tiered cake starts at $3.50 per coffee sized serving, $7.00 per dessert sized serving, and increases based on the desired covering, cake size, and design. Event and wedding cake pricing is individually based on the specific requirements of the cake. We will give you a custom quote once we’ve discussed your cake design together.

What are your cake flavors?

When should I order my cake?

Due to limited availability and the attention to details that go into our special event and wedding cakes, a minimum 14 days notice is required for all custom cakes; however, we recommend securing your date on our calendar three to twelve months in advance. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but we work with a very limited number of cakes per month and once fully booked, we stop taking orders. If you’re wondering whether your date is still open, please fill out an inquiry form and we’ll let you know!

Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan cakes?

No, at this time we do not accommodate for dietary requests.

Do you have a minimum order for weddings?

As we design cakes for all occasions, we do not have a minimum order for weddings. First, fill out an inquiry form, and we will be happy to speak with you and help you pick a cake size most appropriate for your wedding.

How much is delivery?

At this time, Katya Nichole Cakes delivery prices are calculated based off of mileage. Reach out through our inquiry form for a specific quotation on delivery charges throughout Michigan and the surrounding areas.

Do you have a storefront ?

No, at this time all of our creations are exclusively handcrafted within our Michigan cake studio.
